ModuWorld is currently in pre-launch. Final return, exchange, refund, and replacement terms should be confirmed before physical orders ship.
$1 Deposit and Reservation Orders
The $1 deposit is a reservation step, not an immediate shipment. Before accepting payment, the deposit product page should clearly explain whether the deposit is refundable, credited toward a future order, or promotional.
If the deposit is later credited toward a pledge or order, the credit method and expiration rules should be clearly stated on the product page or checkout confirmation.
Before Fulfillment
If you placed a reservation or pre-launch order and need to update your email, cancel, or change your information before fulfillment, contact support as early as possible with your order number and email address.
Requests made before fulfillment are easier to resolve because the order has not yet entered packing or shipping.
After Delivery
Final return windows and eligibility rules will be published before physical orders ship. Returned items may need to be unused, complete, and in their original packaging unless the issue is caused by damage, missing parts, or a fulfillment error.
Damaged, Defective, or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or missing components, contact support with your order number and clear photos of the package and affected items. ModuWorld will review the issue and provide the appropriate next step.
Refund Timing
Approved refunds are typically returned to the original payment method through Shopify or the payment processor. Processing times may vary depending on the bank, card issuer, or payment provider.
