ModuWorld is currently in pre-launch. Shipping timelines, regions, fees, and fulfillment partners will be confirmed before physical product fulfillment begins.

Pre-launch Reservation

The $1 deposit is a reservation step, not an immediate shipment. It helps reserve your place for launch follow-up and does not represent a completed product delivery order.

Any final product purchase, Kickstarter pledge, or Shopify order should clearly show the product price, shipping charge, applicable taxes, and estimated fulfillment timing before checkout is completed.

Estimated Shipping Timeline

Final shipping dates will be announced after manufacturing, packaging, and fulfillment plans are confirmed. Any timeline shown before launch should be treated as an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date.

If production or fulfillment changes affect the schedule, ModuWorld will share updates by email and through the relevant launch channels.

Shipping Regions and Fees

Available shipping countries and regions will be listed before final orders are accepted. Shipping fees may vary by destination, package weight, carrier, and local requirements.

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If an address needs to be updated before fulfillment, contact support as early as possible.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other local charges. These charges are set by the destination country and may not be included in the product price unless clearly stated at checkout.

Damaged or Missing Shipments

If a delivered order arrives damaged, incomplete, or appears to be lost in transit, customers should contact support with the order number, shipping details, and photos of the package or damaged items when available.
